To Print:
If form downloads into Acrobat outside browser window:
  -click the print button in the Acrobat toolbar.

If form downloads into Acrobat inside browser window:
  -click the print button that's inside browser window (the Acrobat toolbar),
   not the print button at top of the browser.

If form downloads into browser window not Acrobat:
  -click the print button that's at top of the browser, or use File/Print.
