This Summer: Stop and Smell (and See) the Roses...
Spring has sprung and summertime is soon upon us. That means local rose societies will be "showin’ what they’re growin’."

Members of Local Rose Societies which are local chapters of the American Rose Society will be submitting their locally-grown roses for exhibition and judging. These events are a prime opportunity for the public to:

- see old and new varieties of roses, large and small, fragrant
and non-fragrant, displayed in a variety of ways;
- see how roses are judged to be the best of their variety.

We of the Jersey Shore Rose Society, as a local chapter of the Penn-Jersey District of the American Rose Society, invite the public to come out and see these displays at one of the many Rose Shows soon to occur in the area. We post an Area Rose Show Schedule listing dates and times for these shows, including our own.
