ABOUT US

As a rose-growing and rose-promoting society,
our by-laws state our purpose as follows:

- To encourage interest in and cultivation of roses.
- To spread the love of the rose whenever and wherever practical.
- To sponsor public exhibitions of roses in accordance with the standards of the American Rose Society.
- To unite lovers of the rose in the Jersey Shore area.
- To contribute professional knowledge and experience and to disseminate results of amateur experience in rose culture.
- For social and intellectual enjoyment.

Our members consist of people whose rose-growing skills range from expert rosarians and judges to the true novice. We welcome you to join us and share in the rewarding experience that is rose growing.
